Fast Flat-Rate Shipping

Nothing ruins an online shopping experience more than waiting a long time for your order to actually ship. So we take a "drop everything" approach to new orders.

We value your business and the trust that you've put in us to provide you with industry leading LED lighting so when you place an order, so we strive to fulfill and ship every order within 1 business day. 

Additionally, depending on the size of your order (and the packaging needed to ship), we use real-time tools that allow us to use a shipping method that will deliver your order in the least amount of time based on your delivery address. For most orders, we use USPS first class shipping which typically delivers within 1-3 business days from our centrally located Chicago, IL distribution center.

Easy Returns

Although we have a very low return rate, we understand that sometimes online purchases don't work out. We offer a 15 day return policy with full refund as long as you ship your unused product back to us. 

If you aren’t satisfied with your order for any reason, fill out our contact form with your order confirmation number, name, address and product purchased and we’ll send you an authorization to return your item. The buyer will pay any return shipping costs.
